Yoga

Yoga is taking care of our WHOLE being. Yoga is knowing when to speak, when to wait, when to act, when to hold back.  

Yoga is the HOW to everything. 

Yoga is being aware. 

Yoga is waking up.  

Yoga is steadiness and ease.  Sun and moon. Male and female.

Yoga can change your life in ways you cannot imagine.  

The amazing thing about it is that it can be an essential part of your wellness. How? Because Yoga invites you gently, to examine yourself. Yoga asks, how can we do better, be better, think better.  

Yoga is not about showing off what we can do with our bodies – it is about exploring who we are as people. Yoga invites us to move our bodies in ways that feel good and healthy. It is about challenging our minds to find peace and ease and to create space to allow, that which needs to arise, to arise.

Private Sessions

I offer private sessions, conducted in your own home. Customized practice with special attention to form and to address your body and needs. Think of this overall wellness time as a cross between a yoga class, a personal training session, meditation class and holistic health check-in. 

Investment: $65 per session (additional charge for commute depending on location) or 5 for $300 

All props are provided.  

 
 

Virtual Sessions

Virtual private Yoga sessions are also available. Yoga can 100% be taught virtually.

As someone who does not teach with much, if any hands-on cueing, I am able to watch your practice online and guide you through with the same level of attention and safety instruction.  

Investment: $50 per class or 5 for $225
