As someone who has hosted retreats ranging from 1-day to multiple night stays to virtual gatherings, I can say with confidence that I can meet and exceed your retreat needs. Retreats can include yoga sessions, nourishing food classes, aromatherapy, meditation, self-reflection, and whatever else you may wish to create. The size of your group will help determine our plan so let’s chat more to delve more deeply into your vision.  Below is a snap shot of the scope of classes I can create and customize for you.

- Hatha yoga: rather than a traditional hatha class, this exploratory class teaches movement β€œfrom the inside out”, allowing the breath to move the body into form, as opposed to moving the body into a β€œshape” and then breathing. This class would be approx. 60 or 75 min with minimal postures, allowing for a nice long savasana.

- NOURISH Series for women: a four-week series where the first half of the class is asana, followed by a lesson and application of an Ayurvedic practice (including food nourishment). The benefit of this format is a slow integration of wellness practices that participants incorporate week by week. Time will be allotted for discussion and community sharing

- Four-week series on Ayurvedic self-care practices: DIY lessons including body butter, face oil; self-massage techniques; dry brushing; aromatherapy; restorative yoga; elixir making and more.

- Teen girl class: a 1 1/4 hour/week offering of yoga, journaling, wellness, circle time to dialogue about topics like healthy body image, mental and emotional health. Girls would learn how to use Yoga as an antidote to managing anxiety and stress.

- Mother-daughter workshop: a 2 1/2- hour workshop (approx.) to include intention setting for enhancing communication; practices and postures that mom and daughter can enjoy together; one DIY to take home, as well as some restorative practices, and sound bath accompaniment.
